1. Booking & Payment
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Yovetra.
1.2 A booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip or as per the agreed payment schedule.
1.3 Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or any other payment method accepted by Yovetra.
1.4 Package prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2.2 Cancellation charges and applicable refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
2.3 Any refund, where applicable, will be processed within the specified timeline after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
2.4 Yovetra reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational reasons. In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be offered as per company policy.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
3.1 Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification and all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and other required approvals.
3.2 Guests must ensure that all personal information provided during booking is accurate.
3.3 Any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations should be communicated to Yovetra before confirming the booking.
3.4 Travelers are expected to follow local laws, hotel policies, and instructions provided by guides, drivers, and tour coordinators throughout the journey.
4. Liability
4.1 Yovetra acts as a travel organizer and coordinates services provided by hotels, transport operators, airlines, and other third-party vendors.
4.2 Yovetra shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, weather disruptions, road closures, political unrest, natural calamities, or any circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen events shall be borne by the traveler.
5. Hotels & Transportation
5.1 Hotels are allocated based on availability and the selected package category.
5.2 Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel policies.
5.3 Vehicle usage is strictly as per the itinerary. Additional sightseeing, waiting time, or extra kilometers may attract additional charges.
6. Itinerary Changes
6.1 Yovetra reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
6.2 Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
7. Pricing
7.1 Package prices are based on current transportation costs, hotel tariffs, fuel prices, and applicable taxes.
7.2 Any increase in government taxes, permit fees, fuel costs, or supplier charges after booking may result in a revision of the package cost.
8. Force Majeure
Yovetra shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, government restrictions, civil unrest, or adverse weather conditions.
9. Website & Content
9.1 Information available on the Yovetra website is provided for general guidance and may be updated without prior notice.
9.2 All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Yovetra and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
